Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which The Office of the Head of the Public Service collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of the The Citizens Facilitation Portal (CFP) URL : www.ircp.gov.tt website ("Site"). This privacy policy applies to the Site and all services offered by Head of the Public Service Portal.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

Personal identification information


We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when users visit our portal, register on the portal, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our portal. Users may be asked for, as appropriate, name and email address. Users may, however, browse our Site anonymously, as we do not store IP details.. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit, and accepts our disclosure policy. Submitting personal information to us is optional, however this will prevent users from enjoying the specific customized features of the portal.

How we use collected information


Head of the Public Service Website may collect and use Users personal information for the following purposes:

This is done to ensure that the Citizens Facilitation Portal(CFP) is continuously improved to better suit user's needs.

  • We offer you two step verification when you access your manual password recovery

  • We restrict access to personal information to authorised employees, contractors and agents who need to know that information in order to process it for us, and who are subject to strict contractual confidentiality obligations and may be disciplined or terminated if they fail to meet these obligations.
  • All information is stored in tier IV data centers and have a failover capability in several continents

The Head of the Public Service Website has the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of modifications.
We regularly review our compliance with our Privacy Policy. We also adhere to several self regulatory frameworks. When we receive formal written complaints, we will contact the person who made the complaint to follow up.
