The Citizens Facilitation Portal (CFP) is a novel and innovative Information Communication Technology (ICT) portal conceptualized and created under the auspices of the Head of the Public Service within the Office of the Prime Minister, Republic of Trinidad & Tobago.

The CFP allows for a one stop access to a series of public service, governmental and other useful information by institutions, citizens and the international community, pertaining to the Republic of Trinidad & Tobago.  It also serves as a direct interface for reporting lack of and/or unsatisfactory service provided by government from citizens and institutions and to seek redress directly from government ministries.

Two way communication is also a vital function of the portal as it allows for citizens and institutions to  share concerns with and give direct  inputs into government’s policy.  This is accomplished by a variety of means, spanning from response to polls, comments submissions via online forms, participation in blogs and chats; as well as webcam sessions and use of the various social media.

The CFP is used as a tool in improving the interface between the public service and the wider community; in both the local and at times international space. We therefore urge you to thoroughly acquaint yourself with its content and to let it be your primary reference in assisting with performing your functions associated with the Citizens Facilitation Portal of the Government of the Republic of Trinidad & Tobago.
